To the families, property owners, and businesses we serve in Cambodia—and beyond —every home tells a story. Every building represents years of effort, sacrifice, and ambition. In Cambodia especially, property is more than an asset — it is security for a family, a symbol of progress, and a foundation for the next generation.

When you invite a service company into your space, you are not just purchasing cleaning or maintenance. 

You are extending trust.

At Tunsai, we understand the weight of that trust.

From the beginning, we made a deliberate choice: we would not build this company around shortcuts, or surface-level results.

We would build it on character.

There is a principle we live by internally:
We build character. We can never outperform who we are.

Skills can be taught. Tools can be bought. Systems can be replicated.

But integrity, discipline, and responsibility must be developed.

That is why we invest in shaping our team to be individuals you can feel safe with — in your homes, your offices, your kitchens, and your private spaces.
